Thank you for visiting my website and portfolio. I appreciate that my contact form is quite in-depth but all the details help me serve you and prepare the best I can for your photo session. Please take time to carefully read through the information below and complete the form as best you can. I receive a lot of enquiries throughout the year, especially in peak seasons so priority will be given to those who fill in the form fully.

Information

Please kindly fill in the form below and I will respond within 3-5 working days. It may take a little longer during peak seasons such as Sakura and Autumn leaves.

I accept portrait bookings up to 3 months in advance excluding Weddings, Elopements and Commercial Projects which can be booked up to 1.5 years in advance.

My latest pricing overview for 2025 can be found here. Please note prices will raise with in line with inflation for bookings for 2026/27.

Availability 2025

I am primarily based in Tokyo, Japan but often spend the Summers in the UK (July / August / Sept) alongside some vacation time in my former home of Thailand.

Japan - January - June 30th
UK - 1st July - 10th August
Thailand - 10th August - 1st October
Japan - October onwards

Email Hours

I respond to emails Monday - Friday from 0930-1200 Japan time (or my location at the time). Unfortunately I cannot attend to emails outside of these hours.

Skype & Zoom Calls

Whilst I will do my best to accommodate different time zones, generally I take calls and meetings on Mondays only. Monday mornings Japan time are Sunday evenings in the US and Canada. For those of you in Europe, Japan late afternoon / early evening would be your morning.

Zoom calls are reserved for Weddings, Elopements and Commercial clients only and I am unable to offer zoom calls for smaller portrait sessions at this time.
