Festival style weddings have to be my favourite type of Wedding to photograph here in Kent. I’m a big outdoors person myself and love a good music festival come rain or shine! Nature is also where I get my most inspiration from - it’s timeless, never goes out of fashion and just looks good as a backdrop to Wedding portraits. Kent Wedding Venues like the Dreys and Longton Woods are absolutely perfect for a naturel and festival inspired vibe to your Wedding day. I personally feel more free as a photographer when we have these big wide open spaces to use.

I also love photographing weddings in quirky and alternative venues since they tend to have some pretty unique backgrounds that get me thinking creatively! One of my all time favourites has to be photographing a ceremony that took place in front of an old fire station with huge red doors! I really feel like the UK has so many awesome options for an alternative wedding these days. If you’ve got a quirky and alternative wedding booked I would absolutely love to photograph your Wedding!

I’m a documentary wedding photographer at heart - documenting the day as it unfolds whilst being as unobtrusive as I possibly can. I do give some direction during the portrait session part of the day but I’m still looking for natural moments as much as I can. I also edit all the final images in my own film like colours that aim to give a timeless feel to your photos. I always do my absolute best to capture your Wedding day in best way I can - I know how important these photos are to you.
